Below is a translation of part of TV Guide 20.12.19-21.01.04 where #Arashi talks about what each member means to 嵐

To Arashi, _____ is ______.
To Arashi, Ohno is...
S: A pillar of strength. I'm sure everyone knows this - he is like a soul of talent. When he performs on stage, that is precisely artistic talent. Although he doesn't say much, I feel that he is supporting my back. I think that is extremely significant for Arashi.
A: Riida. I'm really glad that Ohno-san is our leader. I think he's the new image of a leader and ultimately, a reliable person. It's difficult to express in words what is 'new', but it's probably because Ohno-san is our leader that Arashi has this kind of atmosphere.
N: A choreographer. When he choreographs for Arashi, he says, "I'm choreographing based on what I think fans want to see." I think he can make those considerations because it's him.
M: The hand meant to express. For sure, his artworks come to mind and with his intricacy and dexterity, many things get expressed by his fingers. By his hands he expresses various things. In our case, his dancing too. His hands come to mind most when I think about his characteristic.
To Arashi, Sho is...
O: Someone who is looking at the surroundings. He doesn't just look at us but looks at the full picture. He often says to the staff "It's better to have your meal now." He's someone who can take care of others. Even if I'm worried about that, I don't think I am able to voice it out. But it's amazing how he can do it so casually.
A: The source of information. He knows a lot and would carefully explain various things to me. For example, information about live events. I've also gotten information about travel destinations from Sho-chan. Having said that, rather than being the source of information for Arashi, he's like the source of information for me (Laughs). He's someone who brings various ideas to Arashi.
N: The organiser. It feels like that when we are working together and I think that's in fact how he is. No matter what it's related to, he's someone who will put everything together for us.
M: The mouthpiece meant to convey. He expresses Arashi's voices through his rap, and also conveys things when he works as newscaster. When he's commenting on things or creating contents, he has words that can convey thoughts in a way that's easy for people to understand.
To Arashi, Aiba is...
O: Someone who creates a good atmosphere. I have a strong impression that the atmosphere changes when Aiba-chan is around. Can I call that "uniquely Aiba-chan", or tennen (T/N: natural naivety etc)? If Aiba-chan is around, unexpected things happen occassionally. That makes the atmosphere better and makes the occasion more relaxed.
S: The source of smiles. If people have the impression that we are all smiles, I think it's mostly because of Aiba-kun. He has a lot of power in his own smiles and also the charm he has in brightening up the surroundings.
N: The source of energy. Him staying healthy/energetic has a good effect on Arashi as a group. I feel this particularly when the five of us do work together.
M: Body temperature. I've always said this - I feel that the temperature around him is high. He seems to have a high body temperature ordinarily (Laughs). There are times (T/N: when he feels) warm, and times (T/N: when he feels) hot. It's difficult to sense that when we are all together, but I get a very strong feeling when I see Aiba-kun without the five of us together.
To Arashi, Nino is...
O: Someone who complements the four of us. When the five of us are together, he will make sharp remarks when someone else is speaking, making Arashi's scenes more interesting. Nino's short remarks bring laughter and make Arashi's presence interesting. He looks closely at the four of us and I think it's amazing.
S: A famous MC. There are times when the five of us speak on variety shows and he would say things that the rest of us are not able to say. It may appear that I am running the talks, but in reality, there are many occasions when Nino's doing it for me behind the scene. I've been helped by him.
A: Someone who looks closely at Arashi as a whole. He looks closely at each member, and looks at things from various angles, picking up even the slightest details. For example, during talks, at points where you hope for a sharp remark, he would come in.
M: A shadow. The five of us have different sensitivities but amongst us, he has the strongest individuality right? That's why, when the five of us are together, there is a contrast and there is a 3-dimensional aspect to it. I think his presence creates depth for Arashi.
To Arashi, Jun is...
O: Arashi (but behind the scene). For sure, he produces concert performances but I think he also moves everything behind the scene. Once we decide to do something together as Arashi, he will keep thinking about it and move things behind the scene while conveying that to us. He is really someone supporting Arashi.
S: The Idea Man. Including the production of concerts, there are many instances when he comes up with things that are not often thought of. The concert productions involve many things. He thought up various projects which don't expressly show or which don't take shape.
A: A producer. I think this is same as the image everyone has of him. Not just in Japan, but the antennas stretch out to various places. The state-of-the-art productions comes to mind. He's amazing right? When he makes suggestions saying, "There's such a thing so let's do it," he brings along reference materials to properly explain it to us.
N: A producer. He produces concerts which express Arashi's uniqueness, how the five of us are having fun, and even Arashi's history. I think that's possible because it's him producing it.
