Need distracting
I am anxious about some work and life stuff, and I'm feeling very upset about a documentary I saw yesterday about girls being kidnapped in India because some regions have so few women, due to aborting female fetuses and killing newborn baby girls.
If the girls who are kidnapped to be wives or prostitutes are rescued, they are often shunned by their communities for being "ruined."
Ok, so this leaves me feeling angry, pessimistic, and hopeless.
