All I want for Christmas is my 2...
thousand dollars worth of electronics. I'm making a Christmas list right now because I'm stuck with nothing to do at work besides wait for the phone to ring again and also because I never remember what I want when the time comes and for people who have birthdays near Christmas, presents occur once a year. This year, I think I want 3 things, but they are big things so none of y'all out there can buy them for me, this is for the rents...or my sister because she owes me lots of money. I want DDR because I've wanted it for over a year and forgot to ask for it last year. But that means I need a game system other than Sega Genesis...oh, so maybe there are 4 things on the list. Then, I want new speakers for my computer because right now I can barely hear things when they are set to full volume. I think that might be half the reason I don't listen to music ever. So new speakers. Ah crap, I just thought of item #5...I must have a guitar. That's probably more important than DDR so I could take that off. Cause really, how many times will I use DDR? Not as many times as a guitar. And since I'm trying to practice being emo, I think having a guitar might help. I mean, I don't know if emo people play guitar but it sounds kind of like an emo thing to do...more so than DDR anyway. Hmm...well, I have 5 months to think it through. But, after guitar comes the #1 most essential thing for life...a digital camera *clouds disolve to make way for beautiful rays of sun light and angels sing*. I've been thinking, having a digital camera right now would solve SO many problems...or just make for lots of fun and emo. My roomies need some major breaking in. I said vom yesterday and Sarah looked at me like I had just farted obnoxiously loud or something. Sooo, I have a ways to go. But my goal is to get them saying weiner by Thanksgiving. If they get that far, I'll make them some vag cookies. Stacking needs to occur as well but they don't really enjoy prolonged touching so I'll have to work on that too. Spontaneous spoon booming might do the trick. But I really just want to take pictures of things here and be able to take random pictures of things or people whenever I want. That would be awesome. sigh.
So I decided this morning that I don't like umbrellas. I think they are designed to only keep a small circle on top of your head dry because that's always the case for me. My legs get super wet because well, I use them to walk so they have to at some point leave the 3ft diameter circle of protection. Ew, and feet? That's just a lost cause. The rest of my body, with the exception of that small space on my head I mentioned earlier, gets sprayed by the rain that hits the top of the umbrella, rolls down and has no place to go other than the way the wind is blowing when it falls, which is all over me. I guess my crotch stays pretty dry though so I should be thankful to the umbrella gods for at least that much. At least I can still do some cooking. I mean, I think umbrellas are okay for fashion reasons or if you're only walking from your car into a store or something but when you have multiple 20 minute walks everyday, heavy duty rain gear is essential. I was thinking about a poncho, but even those won't cover all of me. Maybe a full body poncho, do those exsist? I assume they would look a lot like a onesie or a snow suit. Yo, those would do the trick. oOo, or a wet suit. So yea, umbrellas suck.
I downloaded itunes yesterday! I like them a lot. I'm excited to start my pirating career. Does downloading music for free count as pirating? Well, if it doesn't I can still feel and act like a pirate everytime I steal music. I'll acquire an eye patch. Oh, and a sword from the sword and knives store.
Ew, three more hours to go. Then I get to go the Iggle and deal with old people, woo. Guess I'll go think of songs to download, seeing has how I have almost none right now. Wow, this could actually take a while. bye
