In life, you come across a lot of firsts
This summer had a lot of firsts for me.
I have never been so crushed as I have been past May; I went on a non supervised vacation with my girlfriends. I started two new schools. Left my high school girls. And the list goes on.
This is just another first.
I have always been the shy girl. You usually don’t see it on the outside but I can feel incredibly miserable on the inside when I have to do something new. I always feel being judged and watched.
That’s why it’s taking me so long to write this first entry. I’ve been dreading doing it for almost the entire day now.
I often have no idea what to say so I just throw something ridiculous out people intend to think is funny. So be prepared for some stupid jokes ;-)
Let’s move on to more fun things, something about what I do in everyday life.
Well, I go to school. I just started my first year at the pabo which is where you learn how to become a primary school teacher. I could have gone to University but opted out because this is my dream, my passion. Teaching kids and interacting with kids is something I love to do.
I baby-sit a lot and two of the kids I baby-sit I see almost every day. They mean so much to me! They’re the coolest kids. Very outgoing and loud but oh so sweet at times. The young boy is 4, he’s my future husband and best friend and the girl is 9 and so sweet. I could go on for hours about them but I’ll spare you. Kids are so honest and true, it opens your eyes. Makes me wish I could still be a kid sometimes. This is a picture of them.
If I’m not going to school I love to hang out with friends. I’m a big talker once you get to know me and I love just hanging out, not having to do anything. Talk or watch a movie, just being together.
Now that I started my new school I don’t see my friends a lot ‘cause they go to different schools and I
miss them a lot but when we see each other it’s like old times.
I actually have a party on Friday, can’t wait to see them!
But I made some friends at my new school and they’re amazing people, we have a lot of fun.
Others stuff I love to do is shopping, [I’m still a girl ;-)], sailing, [I love to be out on the water and just not thinking about anything but the wind], watching movies, [mostly fun romantic comedy’s without a big message just fluffy story’s] and I totally adore reading. I’ll read anything, books, magazines, and fanfics. I easily get carried away, when I’m reading I’m unreachable and I’ll cry and laugh out loud. I always make up my own stories and continue the books on my own and with my own view. I always pick my favorite storyline or favorite character and get upset when it won’t go the way I want it to.
That’s another thing; I’m very stubborn and always want to be right. Something I share with my dad and as you can imagine that clashes sometimes.
There are a lot more things I could say about myself but I’m already babbling on way too much so I’ll leave it at this. If you read it I want to thank you and please forgive me for my English if it’s messed up. It’s not my first language and I’m not a natural.
I also want to give a big shout out to Jule for helping me get started, so hugs to Jule!
I’m going to the zoo tomorrow with my little cutie and if I have time I’ll get some pictures up
