You get a good deal on British passports. The High Commission in Ottawa charges C$201 plus postage.

So the government keeps telling us. Wait til it gets combined with the new ID card; it'll go up to at least 90 quid, probably more given how much of a financial black hole the scheme is likely to be.

I get the feeling they're increasing the price in stages, so they can eventually go "Look! The combined ID card and passport will cost no more than a normal passport!"...

Hi there, I'm also absolutly fed up of junk mail. Both addressed to me and not addressed to me. If I need a service then i will go look for it. We are a nation inondated with buy this, lend this.... I'm fed up to comming home to money post. Plus we are suposed to be reducing the amount of rubbish we get through! Need I go on........ Thanx with Regards.
