3 days left...
The countdown has begun.. 3 days until we leave for Gatlinburg for Spring Break.. yay!! I can't wait to spend the weekend with my closest friends! So, what's new with me?? Classes aren't that bad right now, kinda weird huh? I think my grades are really really good at this point. *fingers crossed*
The Ocsar party was tons of fun Sunday night... thanks for coming Jenn, Dawn, and Mallory... we all look drop dead gorgeous! I'll post a picture laters. My daddy took me to lunch and looking at new SUV's Saturday afternoon! Ahhhhh.. i'm sooooo excited... i might be gettin a new car after all this time. WOW, i'm speechless. it's going to completely change my life, ya know?? well, prolly not... 'cuz EVERYONE else has a car... grrr... not that i'm bitter!! Today he brought up the car we had been lookin at on saturday, and let me take it for a TEST DRIVE... heck yeah!! that's a good sign, right??? Pray hard, everyone... thanks! :)
Oh, last night was the Orchestra Concert... Mallory you did wonderful! It sounded magical. I like to close my eyes during those kinda classical pieces and let it fill my thoughts and heart. i'm a dork, i know. Music is such a big passion of my life though. Then off to dinner to El Chico's... never as good as TEXAS, ladies!! Thanks for keeping me in line with the chocolate thing... it's sooooooo hard at certain times. I almost got the CareBear.. stupid machine.. grrr! oh well.. i already have ONE on my bed! *winks*
I'm gonna go lay down for a lil' bit before heading off to my 4 hour night class... only one left after tonight... yay! GO 8 week classes!!!!! woohoo!! My class was canceled for wednesday, so it looks like I will have time to catch up on lost sleep and chill with peeps.. well, maybe not... it's study time for the rest of the campus for MIDTERMS... good luck!! This is the time of each semester when I'm extremely grateful for being an art student... NO TESTS.. just projects. Don't think that makes my major any easier.. i have to get 72 hrs in my major, as opposed to 30-35 in anything else at Belmont. Hope you all have a relaxful and wonderful evening and week... the weather is the best i've seen it in like a month... yay! :)
