I hope you appreciate this rare update
I know no one updates anymore, but I always enjoying reading when people do. I had this strong urge to update right now. I love life right now. I am stressed because of assignments, papers, projects and tests (but who else isn't?) Just in my science for elementary teachers class I have a group presentation, physiology paper, biome diorama, biome paper, simple machines presentation, and simple machines paper all all in the next two weeks. I know it's a lot but I will get it done.
Along with all the work from classes I'm having a great time. I love going out. I even don't mind going to work, the people I work with are pretty cool. I'm just trying to enjoy college while I can since it is going by so fast.
Now the main reason for my update! This is going to make me sound so dorky, but hey I'll accept the fact that I'm a nerd. I just got back from a meeting for a club I'm in for future teachers(SMEA). The presenter was talking about things you can do right now and in the future. I want to do it all! She talked about summer programs, internships, clubs, and study abroad. She also discussed masters programs, counseling options, and administration. I'm not sure what I want to do but there are so many options. I can't wait to be a teacher. I've been feeling scared about it lately because I wonder how I will ever know enough to be able to teach and make a difference in the lives of every single one of my students. But right now, that fear is gone. I feel so much excitement.
Okay, so maybe I'm just procrastinating and rocking out to the new Rascal Flatts CD. Will anyone be home this weekend for Easter? I know I have done a poor job keeping in touch.
