- fly to Launceston
- first time driving in Australia!
- it is true, you will automatically turn on the windshield wipers while trying to signal
- drove around a bit in the wine region!
- stubbled upon a taverne with a great view and good grub; I had lamb curry... yum!
- then drove back into town to a park where there is the longest chairlift in Australia
- somehow crawled up the eery eagle lookout... took forever it seemed!
- had devonshire tea, scones, shakes and pie
- walked to suspension bridge and had a great lookout!
- started to rain so we went back to our rented house and decided on a dinner place (btw, Jac did an awesome job in finding places! we had a whole house to ourselves: Charles on Howick!)
- Fee & Me was SO good - must go again
- back at home again to play Taboo and Pictionary

- we go to Frecyint National Park and hike up a mountain to see a lookout for Wineglass Bay.... nice white sands and ever blue water
- another stop at a berry farm for some more shakes and dessert
- then, a long drive to Hobart
- we check out Hobart's harbour and have our last seafood meal...crayfish.. yum!
- sadly, we had to leave town and head back to Sydney
