i didnt think i would do it but i did. i think its safe to say ive put on at least some of the freshman 15. i sit here at school for about 8 hours a day with 2-3 hour breaks with nowhere to go, so what do i do? i snack. not only that, but the lunch i eat here is always crap. i eat sbarros pizza almost every day. im getting nauseated by it. so this weekend i made a plan for myself. im doing my work out dvd in my room everyday. at least once, if not twice. no more mid-day snacking, and definately no more pizza or pop. today i did the subway thing which actually was really good. surprisingly, i thought it tasted better than pizza actually. the workout routine is working so far too. i feel all sore especially in my stomach so maybe i can finally acheive my goal of having a flat stomach. ive never had one before so i think thats something worth working towards. i'll just feel better about myself overall if i can pull this off, and i'm sure i'll be a much more pleasant person to be around too.
