had fun this weekend at devin's wedding and caught up with brian.lance.amanda.holly. it was fun to just let loose and be..."kid-like" again, prom? haha. except prom didn't have food or wine.
i got my invitation to my friend shanna's baby shower on the 17th... i'm excited. i think it will kind of be like being an aunt! i think i'll go by auntie-kee...yes, that's what i will call myself. haha.
i need to write a grant proposal for this summer and haven't really been driven to do so because my professor didn't give me much direction and assumes that with a neuro-bio background i'll know how to formulate my methods for testing the feeding effects of cannabinoids in guinea pigs. sadly, i wouldn't know where to begin. i was a lab rat, not a guinea pig.

pps- i shoot too high and often fall short, but in the process of falling i often find an alternate ending that is oddly enough, satisfying. end stance- strive & never give up... there's often good things lurking in the bumps on the way.
time to catch up and take immuno, path, micro and osteopathic principles by storm!
