I'm not looking forward to tomorrow.
So tomorrow is the annual Varsity Non-Denominational Party. And I'm not going, because I have to study for my exam on Monday and Tuesday. Exam trumps social and free booze.
I wish I could show off my cool dinosaur gingerbread though. It was my first time using the cookie cutters from William Sonoma (half price!) and they look awesome. I look forward to poking my boyfriend with them tomorrow and making ARRRR sounds.
I think my stomach is mad I ate 5 flower gingerbread cookies before I went to bed. Such is always the case.
So please, if you see me this week, ask me for a cookie and I will gladly fulfill your request.
Now, post-exams, I need to figure out what to make for my gingerbread 'house' this year. Birdhouse? Noah's ark, with Animal Crackers? Methinks I should use my new dinosaur cookie cutters and make a Jurassic Park Scene with Mauled Gingerbread men running for their lives.
Oh, the decorating possibilities! (I have trees! And giant maple leaves! But mostly, just 10 varieties of dinosaurs and a bunch of hearts and mickey heads.)
If anyone can tell me where to get a smaller doggie-bone shaped cookie cutter and a darker kind of molasses, that would be awesome.
