karen's sunday update
This weekend ROCKED. haha.
So i've been in a very grumpy mood, because I thought things were going very very very badly with Nate. He was acting all weird, and didn't want to see me on our one year, (Saturday the 10th.) So lets just leave it with, I was very grumpy. haha.
My friends Amanda, Alex and Jess are saints, because they listened to me bitch and moan about it for at least a week. And kept their mouths shut. Aaahhhmaazing. haha.
Because you know who showed up to surprise me this weekend? NATE I was SO excited! He had been planning it all along, and just being a jerk to help set it up. haha. It was sooo great! So we got to be together for our one year, which neither of us expected. Or maybe I just didnt expect it. Apparently most of the dorm knew, because I'd go down the hall and it seemed like everyone went, "so how'd you like the surprise? haha" I'm okay with being left in the dark on this one. haha.
And can you believe it? ME. ME. Mrs. "I've never kept a relationship longer than 2 months." just had a one year anniversary. Its madness I tell you! But I love it. haha.
Well, anyway, that's about all I can say for the Sunday update, because Nate and I just stayed in all weekend and watched a lot of movies. Found out that I'm better at thumb wrestling, haha, and that I cant make the cool trumpet noise with my lips. haha. Anyway, it was an amazing weekend, so, thank you Jess for being the best secret keeper ever, and YAY!
I'm in a good mood heading into finals, feeling pretty lucky, which I DEFINATELY need because this chem final is going to beat me up over and over and over again. And then once I've given in, it'll kick me around for awhile before it finally lets me curl up in peace. haha. Calc will just take whats left of me and deep fry it. haha.
Can you tell I'm not feeling overly optimistic about my finals? but its okay, because honestly? I just want to go home! Which happens in a little over a week! i have the last 4 days of my first semester as a college student left, (weird), and 2 finals. And then I'm done and won't think for an entire month. I cannot wait.
