mmmm winter break and a happy new year
I don't really like the way I started off my new year of 2007.
So I decided I'm going to start it off tomorrow.
Today just wasn't that great of a day.
oh well.
I still had fun last night, I just learned a lot.
And feel really really OLD.
First off, happy new year!!!
quick update: after being snowed in colorado, i hitched a ride from boulder to basalt (right out of aspen) and staying with a friend. Then picked up the train at glenwood springs (about 25 minutes away) and took that for ten hours to Salt Lake City. Got in at 2:30 in the morning, took a cab to the airport, then eventually took my flight at 8 a.m. (which was delayed) to phoenix. But after circling phoenix 3 times, there was too much fog to land so where did I end up? Tucson. Gross. Waiting there for an hour and half, got more gas and THEN flew into Phoenix. I had a mer two hours at the Airport to repack the clothes my mom had brought me from home to make it on our cruise on Sunday. We got on our plane, barely made our connection in Albuquerque and then got into Orlando at 11.
Next day, we left for the disney cruise with my entire family. Which was a lot of fun. I ate WAY too much. But I had a blast.
Let's see we went to Nassau, Bahamas at the Atlantis resort, where I got to meet up with my roommate for a bit and get my entire head braided with cornrows. Really fun.
We also went to disney's castaway cay (their own private island).
I had a blast.
Since I got home I've been working, shopping, and being sick.
