The U.S. Office of Personnel Management Federal Investigative Services just came over my house but i wasn't home. They wanted to have a talk with me regarding Michael Mulligan. They gave me a card and it says,

"Important: It is necessary that I speak with you regarding an individual's background investigation, which is being conducted for their employment with the United States Government. Your comments regarding this individual's fitness and suitability to conduct work for the U.S. Government would be greatly appreciated. Thank you."

Then it gave me their phone number to call back. I did and I left the most humiliating voicemail message ever. I kept on stammering and crap. Wow, what a first impression. :]
