Is this the scene with Sharon in the brig during Scar?

Look at that face. She let's it all out. How did she not get a pilot picked up? *shakes fist*

Yes it is from the brig scene in Scar.

Ugh, her face. HER FACE!!!! I know.

Her skin also looks just flawless in this scene/episode. I was going to post a closeup for that (slightly shallow) reason alone, but something about this cap just struck me. That expression.

I really really need to do a rewatch of VM soon. Esp. now that it's streaming on Netflix, I have no excuse!! (My DVDs were loaned out ages ago and I haven't seen them since!)

*GASPS* Tragedy! (Although I did change the lyric a little, because I figured Kara might think about her but not go down to the brig and see her. Heh.)

OOh DARIA! I really want those DVDs even though I wasn't like a rabid fan back in the day. That show delights me though, I'm not sure why I didn't seek it out/watch it more regularly.

Now if they'd only release "Just say Julie" on DVD my life would be complete. Sigh.

Annnnd a Veronica Mars reference, yay! Wow, this scene is so hard to watch. Surprise, surprise, I feel worse for Kara, but I could see Athena's side too. Oh, the angst!

I've never been able to see Athena's side. She's always so cryptic and all knowing things about Kara's destiny but not revealing them. :(

I do like that you get a sense of their former relationship in this scene (albeit brief and vague).

this remind me that I would like to read a Kara/Logan fic one of this days. they have a lot in common, they are both impudent, cocky, they have a violent parent, they love someone that they belive has a superior morality, a dead fiance...

I really like this little scene between Sharon and Kara. I love the idea that Kara sometimes forgets to see a Cylon when she looks at her. It speaks to me of Kara's deep-rooted loyalty. I don't get the sense that Kara and Sharon were really close friends back in the day, but Kara talks about Sharon's "rook" days with an almost big-sister familial quality; she gives off the same sense about Sharon as she projected about her Viper pilots in "Final Cut." And I love that she refers to Sharon as a kid. I guess in the military age means nothing; experience is what counts.
