"Old Snake", in this case, refers to Solid Snake after his genetics prematurely age him, as detailed in the Metal Gear Solid games. But interestingly enough, Solid Snake himself was based in part on Snake Pliskin.

Kurt Russell rocks as an action "hero". I love his work in Escape from New York, Tombstone, Big Trouble in Little China and The Thing.
