Edit: I got the e-mail about when my judicial hearing is. From the letter the sent me:
"Dear Mr. O'Connell,
The Office of Housing and Residence Life received information that you were allegedly involved in an incident on or around 9/22/2007, in Presidents Park. This incident allegedly violated the following Residence Life Behavioral Standards, which are published in the Guide to P.R.I.D.E.:
A.101. Use/ Possession/Distribution of a Controlled Substance or paraphernalia (Code of Conduct #2)
A Disciplinary Hearing with Hearing Officer: Brian Barnes has been scheduled for you on 10/12/2007 at 10 AM in Eisenhower G102 A, to discuss this matter further..."
For those who don't know, my roommate's cousin came to the campus and brought his hookah. As of the summer time you were aloud to smoke hookah anywhere. But as time of the new semester the rule changed. You can smoke it anywhere on campus but the park and other living area's. Hassan (my roommate) came here during the summer for some classes and they did it then, so he didn't know the rules changed. I didn't smoke any of it, i was just hanging out with them and all the people in their report thing told told them that i didn't smoke anything, so i shouldn't be in any trouble...oh well.
It makes me sound like bad ass though

Me: "The use, possession, distribution of a controlled substance or paraphernalia...nothing big.." hahaha...
