I have less than a month of this job left.

OK, so I interviewed with the guy at Farmer's 2 weeks ago, and he loved me and thought I'd fit in great.  But the agents looking to hire are the ones who actually make the final decisions.  He said he had a couple of people he thought I would work with well, and to give him about a week to get stuff sent off.  So last Wed I called to check in and they said he'd sent my resume with his notes to an agent on Monday. OK, so now it's been a week since that agent got my info, and I haven't heard anything yet.

I'm not sure how to proceed.  I don't want to wait forever, but 1 week isn't forever, but it's still nerve wracking. He gave me such a glowing response that I can't imagine I wouldn't get at least a follow up interview, unless the agent he sent my info to decided to hire someone else already, in which case, he said he was thinking of a couple of people, so if that agent doesn't want me, will he send my info to other agents, and will the agent he sent my info to tell him that?

Like, OK, what is the etiquette here?  I don't want to call and bug him again, especially since he probably has no clue what's going on with the agent anyway, but I don't want to just fade away and never hear anything else about it.

I don't like this job hunting thing, IT IS VERY STRESSFULL
