So I had a fairly good time this weekend visiting the family. The little kids are ridiculously adorable.
First, this isn't a kid, but he might as well be. This is uncle Mike.
And his son Kyle (more on him later)

And these two are the super duper cute ones who were there most of the weekend.
This is baby Astrid
And this is Maddie (who pretty much attached herself to me, like a tumor)
And this is Astrid biting Maddie, which is apparently a phase she's going through.
OK, so cousin Kyle apparently looooooves blades. He has quite the collection. And, well, I'm a giant child, and I couldn't resist playing.
And, his crowning jewel, a Katana sword. It was a non-sharp practice sword, but that's pretty freaking awesome when all you've seen before are the cheap plastic walmart versions. (The green was a neon light he had, I just went with it)
