Digimon fever
Here I am again!
University has begun, so I don't have so much free time now…
Before it started, I:
- finished to watch Digimon Tamers
- began watching Digimon Savers
- bought the new Pokèmon game
Lots of trivial things, I know, but I like a lot all of them!
Let’s go in order anyway!
Digimon Tamers Ending
Preface:
I remember I watched the series when I was 11. I loved it and recorded aaaaall the episodes, but one day something went wrong. I had to attend to an awful ceremony in my middle school so I missed THE VERY LAST episode. In that period I didn’t have internet, so I was quite depressed…
But, now that I am 19… I got all nostalgic and wanted to watch that damn episode that troubled my childhood! That’s why I restarted to watch all the series. 50 episodes dude. That’s crazy! xD
Comment:
It made me cry so hard T^T It was like a childhood dream get broken… all digimons, after having defeated the D-Reaper, return to Digiworld… And I was like this: “ ç________ç Can’t end this way! Give me back my childhood, you bastards!”
I hate endings! Hate, hate, hate! I always end up crying, whether the ending is good or not regardless of the kind of story.
Seems like digimons come back to the Real World in last few seconds… but… well… I was really down thinking that the series was over forever…
That’s why I thought… “Wait! But I do have downloaded also the fifth series, didn’t I? Let’s watch it to make my bitterness milder~”
And so I did.
Digimon Savers (Data Squad)
Comment:
Like I said I watched it out of bitterness… but, I LOVE it! I didn’t expected I would like it so much since I watched it sight unseen! The characters are more adult (about 15 the males and 18 the female). I think it’s a good idea since lots of old Digimon fans (like myself) have grown up but like the series anyway! ^o^
I’ve watched only 10 episodes so far (1/5 of the series actually xD), but I like a lot the main protagonist, Masaru Daimon! He IS EXACTLY like Gokudera! X°°D But not only.
I think he is a mix of Gokudera and Ryohei. He is stubborn and proud, a thug that fights to the extreeeeeemeeee! He says he is strong, that’s why he wants to beat the digimons himself. And he really does, dudes! Well, most of the times he tries, but gets knocked out by powerful digimons. That’s only natural! xD Try defeating a Greymon with your own fists… let’s see whom of you will do it x°D Ah, anyway, to make his Digimon evolve, he has to punch the opponent one time at least! Genius.
Omg, I’m sorry guys I wrote a lot! But I wanted to talk with someone about this stuff, since I don’t really know someone that still watch Digimon at this age! Ahah!
I’ll talk about the new Pokèmon game in another entry… there is really too much to say about it! <3
Ah, I forgot to say… I’m going to Milan! Wheeee! There’s Cartoomics there, so I’ll cosplay too~
