58 days have passed, 943 to go, and this is what I've accomplished so far:

Japanese pizza... Cabbage, onion, eggs, bacon, pancake mix... and dried shrimp, haha. Then you decorate with the mysterious "okonomi" sauce, which everyone asks about, yet the only answer you get is "'okonomi' means you'll like it" and some herbs. You're also supposed to put mayo on it, but I don't love mayo, so I just skip it.

Interesting. I definitely wouldn't be able to make this for Dave and I (he hates shrimp), but it sounds different.
