It's that time of year again. So, where do I want to be by next time this year? My Goals for the coming year:
1. run 7 races during the year, participating in the hermes road race series.
- sub goals for this include running a 5 miler, 10k, 10 miler and half marathon. This means getting out there and actually *RUNNING* again, which I haven't done in far too long.
2. Be able to do 10 real pushups, going all the way down to my chest hitting the ground.
3. Be able to do at least one un-assisted pullup.
4. Work on my flexibility: put my palms on the ground while standing with straight legs and work towards being able to do the splits.
I don't really have any non-fitness goals. I mean, I certainly plan to continue with classes n such (and hopefully continue to do well in those classes), but my degree isn't going to be finished within the next year.
