So I finally finished season 2.5 of Battlestar Galactica, and I've started season 3. So far, it is continuing to be excellent.
I was however, rather upset when they killed off Billy at first. I really liked him n such. But I think I like his replacement a bit better, she makes a far more convincing Presidential aide. Granted, Billy wasn't *supposed* to be all political n such; he was just the aide to the Secretary of Education n such.
I was shocked when Baltar won the election. Not at all shocked that he managed to really fuck things up royally. Or perhaps Presidentially?
The mind games the Cylons play are quite interesting. Both with the humans and with each other.
Kind of annoyed that Hera was supposed to be *SO* important, and they managed to lose her.
Fat Apollo is gross.
I really like how they keep showing the Helo has a brain. At first, he's sort of made out to be your stereotypical meathead type. But he comes up with the idea of the carbon composite for the skin of the stealth ship, and makes some good philosophical arguments as well.
I've only gotten through episode 7 so far though. Much much more to go.
