The veggie tray was added later, after I realized that I had absolutely nothing healthy to offer anyone at all.

haunted house ftw! My friend Sean dressed up as a werewolf and scared the bajeesus out of all the kids .. they got way way more scared than I anticipated .. I almost felt bad ..
I filled my darkroom sink up with spaghetti and mixed in prizes in sandwich bags. Some of the kids refused to stick their hands in but some didn't mind, and at the end of the night some of the kids snuck down there and had a big spaghetti fight.
We played musical tombstones until all the party guests arrived.
After more people were there, we split up into two groups. One group went down to the haunted house and the others went to the pumpkin painting table I set up.
Group photo before the 'music' started! Elliot at this point had retreated up to his room to show off his legos and didn't come down for at least an hour.
The boys got into Elliot's lightsaber collection and had a battle.
The 'band' played a few songs .. everybody danced and laughed so it didn't really matter that they were lipsyncing to a cd. :)
