New Ipod and New Icon

The "genius" at the Apple store could not figure out why my Ipod wouldn't synch with my computer. It synched with one of their computers and their Ipods synched with my computer but my Ipod and my computer seem to be no longer on speaking terms. Luckily, I'm still under warranty and therefore am the owner of a shiny new Ipod.
