Oh, OUCH. Poor Wilson--teetering on the brink like that, finding empty comfort wherever he can. So House-ian too, to realize Wilson's desperation, while still unwilling to admit how much he contributed to it.

Beta Goddess Carol really pushed me toward that emotional truth as much as I think I wanted to avoid it. Poor Wilson. I just knew something happened between the eps and once I had the slut!Wilson motivation, this is what came up. Thanks as always for reading and giving thoughtful comments.

I just wanted to figure out how we could possible get from the bus-stop scene at the end of Whac-a-Mole to the seemingly light Lenny Bruce banter in "Finding Judas" and this was my answer. I'm glad you were able to stay with me all the way and it was readable. I had doubts.
