I'm glad I caught a moody feeling. I think his back-story in Fragments (aside from Jossing about a million other fics) had a lot of darkness nd sadness.

I would certainly love to see more of TW 1899, because we know he did manage to adapt.

His limits are not what, just who. In A Day In The Death, he said something about how the old guy was good-looking when he was younger, but now Jack wouldn't do him, and I think in this case, Alice and Emily haven't exactly endeared themselves.
