Really? Bit before your time, but maybe in reruns? Bit before my time too but I saw a lot at Sci-fi conventions and I grew up with Robert Conrad on Black Sheep Squadron and other shows.

Well, I'm 27 but yes used to watch the re-runs all the time. Slashed them before I knew what it was. My first true slash pairing would have been Duncan/Methos but...

I thought no one remembered Robert Conrad and Wild West (in our version it lost a "wild")... the show aired here when I was about 6 years old and he 's been the first man I fell in love with :-))))) But no slash, I barely remember the other guy...so thanks to your fic! It's been so good reading it!

Heh. I remember a first season episode where Artie dresses in drag. Ross Martin was a handsome man but...I can't say he made very pretty woman.

I agree that drag wasn't his best look, but there's definitely something about drag!Artie and James that hits a certain kink-button. Thanks for reading and commenting.
