a Card Member told me I "exuded happiness."

Also for two days in a row, I was given boxes of See's chocolates, and immediately handed them off to the next person or people I possibly could. I'm still having issues with "anxiety almonds" or an additional piece of fruit (one that I eat out of mouth hunger or "reward" rather than genuine hunger), but the super-obvious rat-poison I've got down. (One Day At a Time for the last 126 days.)

Still need to do better on "self-care" in terms of making sleep a priority over exercise and not listening to crazy brain telling me I will gain 100 pounds if I sleep instead of going to the gym...because I know that lack of sleep will spike the hormones that contribute to belly-fat retention way more than going to the gym will "burn" anything.
