Lord willin' and the crick don't rise, I will never have to watch another episode of this unmitigated piece of shit. Halle-bloody-lu-jah! It's taken me this long to get through the last few eps because facing that level of dreck was just dispiriting.

Like your Moira icon. She was a character I almost liked, but the writing made it damned hard.

Supernatural's like that for me, too. I watch the eps Mark Sheppard (Crowley) is on and could give a damn about the rest. Don't get the plotlines/backstory & don't care - I just want MS looking smoldering in a suit :)

It does, however, sound as though seeking out John Barrowman screencaps, gifs and clips from the show might be in order. And -- Alex Kingston?

As for Alex...this show is so bad it actually managed to make her look unattractive and not very talented. Straight hair + REALLY BAD American Accent.

I really don't know how Katie can do that to herself. She looked so pretty in Supernatural (bad show too, I know, but she was attractive - so was the lady who played Lisa on Torchwood whose name I'm too lazy to google) and Gossip Girl, so why would she do that to herself?
While I'm here, where does the "Lord willing..." quote come from? I know I've heard it before, but can't recall where.

I honestly don't get the botox thing. I mean I get the "youth obsession" in Hollywood, but it doesn't actually make anyone look attractive. Maybe, maybe if you're genuinely in your 50's/60's and need to smooth things out a bit...but that actress is a fucking CHILD compared to me, so honestly, I don't see it. (Of course, I think David's had some work at this point, so maybe she just thinks it's a natural thing to do.)

I really don't get it either. It really does not. She's so young. David has indeed - he was on CSI last year and definitely work, but not of that kind (also looking quite good).
I also think we have to face it - John's taken work where he can get it and at least he looks like he's actually having fun doing it. Plus, even a bad show can be a good launch pad and I do think he's trying to get the US profile working again.

So--what I'm trying to say is on one level, I kind of respect John for enjoying the hell out of being Malcolm, instead of that sort of superior "for the money, dear boy" attitude that some of our finer actors espouse. BUT the show still sucks.
I'd really love it if he got his own BBC series, where he played the title character. (If it can happen to Eve....)
Oh David! I do love him. I was such a "16 Magazine" reader during the David Cassidy/Donny Osmond period. (And yet, now I'm a old fart who can't understand 1D fandom at all.)
