It's from a hotel in Times Square called "The Night" which already sounds like a place something bad would happen in a film noir.

Night TSQ is hip yet sophisticated. It has a whimsical flavor and is a departure from the traditional TSQ hotel.Apparently they're spending money on PR, but not on editing.
