That would be original!

I love the Joan/Auggie scenes we've gotten, so I'd be totally behind you on that front. And Anne Dudek, in any and all roles, is awesome.

However- can Annie run off with Eyal (never to be seen again) instead? Because Oded Fehr is a fine, fine man and deserves a shirtless happily ever after.

The Mossad agent? Yeah, definitely. He was about the only one of all the "every man on the planet wants Annie" set-ups that I thought she had some real chemistry with.

An actual Israeli playing a Mossad agent, which I thought was cool. I also liked him because he was layered, yes he liked Annie, but he used her whenever he could too because she wasn't about to get in the way of his job.

As opposed to NCIS, where I don't think a single one of the Mossad/Israeli contingent is played by anyone remotely Semitic. (In a semi-related note, my cousin's boyfriend is name Ari and he's a lovely fellow. I know Ari is a perfectly reasonable Jewish name, but thank to NCIS, I keep thinking of him as a terrorist. OOPS!)

I've never seen this show, but there's another Annie Walker? Is she anything like the legendary original? (When I was very small I thought she was called Mrs Walker because she had a commanding striding gait in court shoes, and why did they never sell Walkers Crisps in her pub?)

Unfortunately not. THIS Annie Walker is played by Piper Perabo who appeared on House MD as Honey in Resignation. She was a vegan nutritionist who met House for a date and was never seen or heard from again.

Now I remember her. They drank peppermint tea? I liked seeing House enjoying himself on a date but I wasn't sure if I liked her or not.

Hubby watches the show but as I am so not a fan of anything CIA, I quit. Even pretty Auggie could not make me endure this show! I did, however, like Oded Fehr. He actually was fairly fun to watch with Annie. But then he's a rather secy man anyway!

As you can see from my love for Alias, CIA shows with Barbie Doll pretty leads are not a problem IF they're well-done and the the lead doesn't make me want to throw things at the telly. Some of the other characters are compelling, mostly Joan and Arthur, but even they don't achieve Spy-Daddy levels of awesome. I do think that casting Anne Dudek as the sister instead of the lead was a major error, one that I am rectifying in my position as Executive Producer.

I've watched a total of two eps of Covert Affairs. One was because it was a very Auggie-centric ep. Even with the relative lack of Annie, I still hated her and want to punch her in the face.

The woman is massively annoying and she just doesn't whatever sweetness Jennifer Garner did that made me not hate her, even when I was supposed to believe that every man in the world would fall for her in heartbeat.
