Sophie had a thing for movie theaters.
If there were any way to have a drop take place in a cinema, she’d find it. Over the years, Nate had seen significant portions of films in Swedish, French, Mandarin and Korean. On one occasion, she’d arranged a switcheroo to occur during a 3-D festival in Managua.
Nate understood. She saw herself in those characters on the big screen, even a lion in Bwana Devil. He wished he could convince her to stop wasting time auditioning for parts that were beneath her.
Just being Sophie Deveraux was the role of a lifetime.
