More important, where will they be able to go and have a drink? There was a time when they could hit any of the bars in Dupont Circle without attracting much attention, beyond fending off the occasional flattering come-on. Now they were older, carrying the collective weight of their titles and responsibilities.
Managing Gibbs is a nearly impossible task and SECNAV has the ability to make their lives completely miserable.
He’d like to remind Jarvis exactly how friendly they once were.
All he needs is a safe place.
