I am such a dork!
So this reservation for my client, the one who goes EVERYWHERE with the husband and two kids, comes up on my queue today. And I see the number 17 and start thinking it's for today. So like a good travel agent, I call the hotel to make sure the two cribs are confirmed, which they are. Then I send the traveler and the admin a note, basically sucking up by saying I'd reconfirmed the cribs, only to get a message back telling me that the travel isn't until DECEMBER!!!!
