My bosses need a sense of humor. They evidently don't realize how hard it is to write interesting things about cooking classes that focus on dicing.
I just did the write up for a Winter Seafood Feast. An excerpt:
His Tea Poached Salmon with Japanese Vegetables is sure to make a splash at your next dinner party. Finally, a good reason to steep with the fishes.
My bosses response: "WHAT EXACTLY DID YOU DO FOR TWO YEARS GETTING THAT JOURNALISM MASTERS?!?"
