Takaki didn;t really understand how and why the two of them, yeah Hiro and he, ended up walking to the supermarket to do some groceries.

He didn't really like it when the two of them went out to buy groceries together. They'd end up fighting over which brand to choose, or which item would taste better, and even as small matter as whether the packaging was cute or not.

"So Hirochii? Should we buy turnip? It's been awhile since whe ate it." suggested Takaki.

Takaki couldn't help himself but laughed right after he mentioned turnip. Turnip certainly had some kind of special, or maybe stupid to be exact, meaning to him and Hiro.

It was funny how both Takaki and him decided to shop around before going home. Hiro didn't think that what they bought would be quite useful as usualy Hiro wouldn't remember that he still had those groceries and when he had finally remembered that he had some, it should be when it had passed its expired date.

The mention of turnip made Hiro chuckled as that certain vedgetable held a precious memory he had together with Takaki. No, it was not a precious memory at all. "Ah ok ok. You buy, I'll wait."

Takaki's upper lip twitched with what Hiro just said. He pierced his eyes at the older man and frowned. "Why don't you buy it, and I'll wait?"

This kind of stupid agruement was what they always had every single day. A really small matter. Even more, all these stupid arguements started from a stupid silly little fight over a piece of turnip.

"HUAAAAA!!! That turnip is super duper big!! Look look look, Hirochii!! The turnip that that man was holding is superb!!! We shall get that one!" said Takaki as he made his way to the man he pointed at.

Jun was still looking at the turnip curiously and wondered if he should buy it. It would be fun showing off the huge turnip to people in sereitei, but in the other hand, it will look weird for him to carry the turnip around.

"...The turnip that that man was holding is superb!!! We shall get that one!"

He heard someone said it and snap his head to that said person who was now running towards him.

what does this weird person thinking?! This turnip is mine!!

"Chotto!!Did I hear you right or did you just say that you want to steal my turnip?" He glared at the boy when he had come to his side.

"Since you are the one who suggested it?" Hiro replied back, feeling slightly amused by Takaki's reply.

But suddenly Takaki's attention was diverted by something else. Something... A turnip? Hiro couldn't help to chuckle as he heard how over-excited Takaki was when he saw the big turnip. Hiro couldn't see the turnip clearly from his place but judging from Takaki's unusually excited act, Hiro knew that the turnip was really big or might even huge.

He followed Takaki from behind, trying to see how big the turnip was and not expecting to meet someone...

"Chotto!!Did I hear you right or did you just say that you want to steal my turnip?" glared the man that was holding the turnip.

Takaki glared at the person as well. Of course he didn't plan on stealling. He planned to GET IT NO MATTER WHAT! A little bit childish for a 50 years old man indeed, but Takaki just couldn't resist when it comes to turnip.

"I'm getting this turnip! I don't care! I'm a turnip maniac! That's my excuse, what's yours? Right, Hirochii?!" Takaki turned his head to Hiro, trying to ask his housemate for help.

Jun begin to wonder if he was dealing with a mad man. Can't he see that the turnip is in someone's hand already?!

When the boy before him turned to ask his friend's help, Jun's eyes widened as he saw who it was.

"Hiro?!" He asked in surprised. "Oh wait, don't tell me you are this mad man's friend."

Then he turned to the turnip maniac and put a hand on his hip "Well, I got hold of this turnip first, so i don't think I need to give you any excuses, Mr Turnip Maniac."

"J-Jun?" Hiro murmured as he saw a certain cousin of him who happened to be his house mate's rival on this turnip things. He knew well how both his house mate and his cousin were a bit strange in some ways but he didn't expect that both of them would be so childish, fighting over a single piece of turnip. Well, maybe it was not just a regular turnip for its unusual size but still this was just too amusing for Hiro.

At the end Hiro couldn't choose who he should help or what he should do. Hiro could feel how people around them were looking at the commotion with a strange look but he couldn't do much about it. "Omae... Just..stop..this childish thing, will you?"

Eh?!?!?!They know each other?!

Takaki kept glancing at the person who was standing right beside him, and the person who was standing in front of him. Unexpectedly his housemate seemed to know the "guy-who-was-holding-his-precious-turnip" person.

"Omae... Just..stop..this childish thing, will you?" said Hiro at the end.

Takaki just frowned, but eyes were still literally locked at his main target, the turnip. "How do you guys know each other?! Did I miss something?! Don't tell me you had a fight over turnip with him just like we did, and that you stayed at his place before, Hirochii!" said Takaki suddenly.

Jun rolled his eyes at what Mr Turnip said, "Why would I had a fight with him over turnip?" He looked at him as if that's the most ridiculous thing ever "Wait! Did you just say you had a fight with him over turnip before?!!"

He look at Mr turnip and back at his cousin then burst out laughing. "you were fighting over turnip?! And you tell me to stop acting childish?!Tsk tsk... and Hirochii? Hirochii???Hahahahaha"

Hiro could clearly see how shocked Takaki seemed when Hiro called Jun's name. I was not strange as Hiro had never mentioned anything about this younger cousin of his before to Takaki.

"Stop mentioning that nickname, Jun. I forbid you to call me with that." Hiro retorted, glaring at Jun. "Speaking of turnip.. Both of you are fighting over turnip now, am I right? And Takaki, this one is my cousin."

Noticing that Mr.turnip was eyeing the turnip on his hand, Jun's grip on the turnip tightened.

"And who is he?" Jun asked hiro "Why can't i call you hirochhi? isn't that just cute?"
