Woke up this morning to a half dream involving a female friend. Pleasant way to start the day, but I went back to sleep. Had a bizarre dream that I don't remember now ...
Woke up this afternoon to a fit of snoughing. You know, it starts out feeling like it's going to be a sneeze, then it turns into a cough at the last minute...
Anyway, the day itself went pretty well. I wore the shirt today, and after breakfast Rojzik and I went to Circuit city so he could return the shelf system he was unhappy with. Dropped him back off at jaehop then went out to run some errands I've been meaning to get to. Firstly was to register for the coming semester (yeah, I'm lazy, but Red Rocks doesn't start until the 20th anyway ...) Turns out the registrar's office is closed on Saturdays ... on my way back I decide to swing in to Stevenson Chevrolet to make an appointment to get my oil changed, something I've been meaning to do since I got back from CA in early Dec '03 ...
After the appointment is set, I decide, while I'm in the area, I'll browse DVDs at Best Buy. This is usually a dangerous proposition for me, as I almost always end up buying something... While browsing, one of the Best Buy employees wandered past me, commenting to me, "That's a great shirt!"
When I returned home, I had X-Men / X-2 Widescreen set (4 Discs), as well as Stripes, Bulletproof Monk and Enemy at the Gates. Happy about that. :)
Settle in for the night in my room with the laptop. Put Stripes in the drive and ... nothing. Windows recognizes the disc, but not the data ... very annoying ... will have to look into it further.
On the cold front, I am feeling better. Just a mild sore throat and some lingering sniffles.
Oh, and I registered online for the coming semester. Nice that one can do that now a days :)
