Optinomicon, Chapter 4
Got a little over a full page, 10 pt Courier single spaced, typed during dinner tonight. Feels like that'll be about half the chapter, based on the previous version.
I'm starting to have second thoughts about podcasting this is a first draft ... so instead I'll post chapters to karakwrites, friendslocked, for the half dozen of you that have friended that journal. One week after they're posted there, I'll read them for the podcast, incorporating changes and suggestions from your comments.
Today was a busy day IT wise ... several people came to me with disparate requests. They at least kept the day from being boring. Toward the end of the day Lee (in Germany) was having problems installing the MedVisor demo to install, which ended up being a problem getting SQL Server Express to install because the sql express installer is broken and dies if part of it is installed already.
Karak Fact #88 - I can suppress my shivering response to the cold, for a while at least.
