Wee! Drunk!
the following was typed under the influence of three beers with dinner at Old Chicago.
Don't worry, I walked there and back again. No driving.
It feels like it's been too long since I've had more than one beer with dinner, so tonight I figured "Hell with it, I'ma walk to Old Chicago" so I did.
REad more Hexwood while I ate. I'm not sure if it helped or hindered the reading to be drinking while reading ... Som einteresting revelations were made nonetheless.
I'm really enjoying the book, and cannot thank mayamaia enough for giving it to me. She's a wonderful person. You guys should all meet her.
And now I'm wondering how much of that last sentece was actually drunk versus playing at being drunk, exaggerating the circumstances.
This afternoon BBC America was running a Doctor Who marathon, so I watched Father's Day though Parting of the Ways and remembered why Eccleston made a great 9th Doctor. And Tennant's Tenth! "New teeth, that's weird ..."
I also watched the Venue Songs DVD. Greatness. :)
Since I'm drunk, this seems as good a time as any for this fact.
Karak Fact # 72 - the only mind altering substances I've ingested are legal ones like alcohol and caffiene. No pot or other drugs. They've just never seemed interesting ... *shrug*
