Funky
I've been in a funk all day today.
Ever since I finished Nuklear Age, really. Then, talking with holly_lama she signed off abruptly which left me incomplete for a little while...
My legs were too warm for me to go to bed last night. I think I finally fell asleep around 3 or 3:30 ... It was a fitful night, and the alarm came too early for my tastes.
I debated taking a shower, ended up taking one, and went to class on autopilot, stopping at the coffee shop for some coffee and breakfast. The barrista, Bill, had apparently recently broken up with his girlfriend. He's normally very happy and chipper but this morning, his actions and outlook echoed my own.
Got to class late, but not so late that the teaching had begun yet. Was a zombie for most of the day, though I think I remember what went on. There were some non-zombie moments, some things that made the class chuckle, but for the most part, I was running on fumes.
Autopiloted home and here we are ...
