*grumble*
So, today started out not so good, then got progressively worse ... ish
Woke up and got a call that there was to be D&D 3.5 gaming in Arvada. So I decide I should shower, and change the bandage on my leg. Usually I'm against driving to the nearby King Soopers and Walgreens area, because it's only 2 to 4 blocks. Today, however, since both legs are wounded, I drove to Walgreens to pick up fresh bandage type stuff. Come home with the bandages and remove the old ones before the shower. That was annoying ... the wound was sticking to the Ace Bandage it had been wrapped in ... I wasn't sure whether it was better to rip it off and have intense pain for a few moments (also ripping off the developing scab) or try to peel it off slowly, saving the scab but prolonging the pain... I ripped off part of it, and was displeased with the results, so I went back to peeling it off slowly ... I did notice a distinct lack of hair in the areas where there was the most damage ... but on the plus side it didn't sting in the shower ... so, I got that goin for me.
The game was alright. A little bit late because Alarin wanted to stop for dinner, but we were still there before the game started.
D&D 3.5 ended a little after the duaiwe's d20 Modern game started, and Alarin wanted to go to his house to change before we went back to jaehop, so I ended up being an hour late to the d20 game ... which apparently isn't happening this week ...
And now I'm sitting at the dining room table on my laptop, because crossing my legs, like I usually do when on the laptop in bed, hurts..
I think I won't take the stairs at work tomorrow ...
