So yesterday Dad came up and helped me set up my garden. We roto-tilled, augmented the soil, built semi-raised beds, and put up a half-finished chicken wire fence to keep the dogs out. Today, we planted peas, spinach and garlic (all things that can take a bit of frost).

So now I have a garden! It makes me silly-happy. Slowly but surely, I am increasing the green in my life, and it makes me feel wonderful. Now I have an excuse to get dirty and sweaty, and make the world a better place~
