Mardi Gras
Missing Mardi Gras is a lot harder than missing Christmas. I think that we are going to download Mardi Gras music and sit inside watching CNN coverage and drinking a box of wine today. We were going to come back on the 13th, but now I think we might make it the 10th so that we are home for the St Patrick's Day parade. I don't want to miss ALL the fun.
Yes, we are coming home. Our tickets are going to be round-trip, though, because those are the cheapest. I am going to work my ass off and save money and keep applying for jobs here, so maybe something will come up before our return date and we can actually come back to a job. If I can't get something, its home for good.
