Apartment Stuff
So, Andrew and I are moving in together July 1. The apartment search is driving me insane. Everyone keeps telling me that I'm looking to early. How the fuck is 1 month in advance too early? Stupid new york. We're probably going to relocate to Queens because it's an easy commute (30 min door to door) and we can get a bigger apartment in our price range. I'm super excited about it all actually. Sometimes I think living with my classmates is not so great, so I'll be glad to be able to get away when I need to. I'm sick of waking up early in the morning to my roommate's clinking of her spoon incredibly loudly on her oatmeal bowl (is that insane of me? but seriously, it's really annoying...it woke me up at 7:30 this morning).
I'm enjoying a lull in activity at the moment. I don't have a huge amount of work left, and my rotation is pretty low key for the time being. I'm trying to see as many apartments as possible because you know I'd like to live in a nice place. I really do hate calling all these people though. Anyway, I hope everyone had a good holiday weekend.
I'm headed home to Rochester the last week of June. I'm looking forward to it. I really miss it there. It would be so nice to be able to hop in a car and go somewhere. The subway and buses are nice and all but it's such a hassle sometimes. I'm sick of lugging stuff across manhattan. I guess I'm getting buffer though. I lugged home some printer paper and other Staples like items just 12 blocks (and 3 avenues) and though my arm would fall off.
I really wish I had camp to look forward to. I'm dying to hang out with everyone. Ahh, nights at the inn. But seriously I'm gonna miss everyone and all the campers. I really need to be able to drop by in July to see everyone-I hope it's possible. Ok, well that's it for now.
