(no subject)
So, I am mostly done the book (2 chapters left!) and I'm extremely exhausted...I got in line for the wrist tag thingy, at 3:15ish...knitted a lot and got my free sample smoothie! Woohoo. Also, nick came and waited in line with me and my mommy (who is awesome for coming and sitting outside of B&N with me for 3 hours. :) ) After we got the lovely wristtag thingy, I was appauled that we were supposedly numbers 79 and 80...definatly not that many people in front of us! But it turns out the bracelets weren't actually numbered for line purposes. (ALTHOUGH! B&N lady totally said they had numbers...and thus, I assumed they'd be lining us up by those to *get* the book...makes sense, no?) But apparently not, it was just in 100s by colors (we were in the first group though, so I guess that's good) but then it was basically line up and get your book. So lame.
But anyways, after that we went back to mi casa, watched Wizard People Dear Reader and Dan came over to watch that and such (he was in line near us) and eat pizza and such. Then me and Jackie dressed up because we are dorks, although I must say, we made awesomely awesome shirts! And I had a pretty nifty Dark Mark...Jackies was not so nifty, but only because I suck at drawing with eyeliner. *sigh*
Anywho, off to the beach to I can SLEEP, and read some more...will update more later! :D
