I am looking for the absolute cheapest youth hostel / hotel that is as close to the middle of Tokyo as possible.
I am hoping no more than 5000 yen per person per night.

If you have any suggestions, please please please tell me!!!

Also, it has to have a double room as I am traveling with my boyfriend.
