So what have I been up to lately.

Classes are hard as hell this semester. They always say Junior year is the hardest, and damn, they weren't kidding. Not that I really know who "they" are anyway. Abstract Algebra is turning out to be my hardest class. I have my first test on it this Friday, and it's going to be a bitch.

The whole suite thing is working out great. We all get along and everything. There are a couple of things here and there, such as our loudness when people are trying to sleep, or cleanliness of the dishes. But other than that this is working out fine. I love this suite. Jordan and I are working out as roommates just fine. I think we had the optimal setup in terms of who gets the single rooms and the double room. We have thrown a couple of parties here so far, one huge one and a couple of other small ones, but tonight we are throwing a big one again. Hopefully we'll make more money this time. Last party we had we had 62 people in our suite at once. I'm not saying 62 people total, I'm talking like at one point the max that we had was 62. There were way more. Yes, I was drunk enough to count everyone.

Started messing with Fruity Loops again. Jordan and I are starting a speed metal project once he brings up his electric guitar and his recording stuff. Basically we're going to make a bunch of blast beats with Fruity Loops at like 350+ BPM, while Jordan records a bunch of guitar riffs and other shit. Compile it all together with the two of us screaming about whatever we feel like and there's our project. No name for it yet, but I'll keep you updated. I'm also just fooling around and downloading a bunch of sample packages and seeing what I can come up with. Nothing special I'm sure, but it's fun to toy around with it.

We've been hanging out a lot with the girls in the suite next door to us. For a quick overview, there are 5 buildings in our complex, all of which have 3 floors and each floor has two suites. Anyway, the girls in the suite next to us we didn't really know too well before we came to school, but now we've become good friends, and we party with them/they party with us a lot. I love making new friends.

Interesting fact. Thanks to my Abstract Algebra class, I found out that every credit card/drivers license number/all other forms of ID numbers have some sort of algorithm. So I looked up the algorithm for Maryland's drivers license number and figured out Jordan's license number. Freaked the hell out of him. It was pretty cool.

So I've saved the fucking awesome news for last. Myself, Jordan, Dan, and our friend Mike are going on a trip for Spring Break. We ruled out a couple of ideas (Cancun, which would be lame as hell with a bunch of macho dudes and skinny blonde chicks on the beach and everything. Not our scene. Amsterdam, too expensive), but eventually reached a common decision. For Spring Break 2009, the 4 of us are going to Las Vegas. Yes, you read correctly, I am going to Las Vegas for 7 days and 6 nights for a sweet deal that we found through Expedia.com. They don't lie on the ads, Expedia knows what's up. We leave Saturday the 28th of February and come back the 6th of March. Our flight is at 5:45pm that Saturday and we arrive in Vegas at 9:45pm Pacific Time, which is ample time to party. It's a 7 hour trip if you do the math, but we have a connecting flight in Salt Lake City, Utah, which I guarantee we will miss because we only have 35 minutes from that flight to catch the connecting flight. Anyways, we're pretty psyched for this trip. Now I just have to learn how to play poker...

I'll update more on life at a later date. Gotta go set up for the party.
