These are all really amazing in very different ways. Every time I see you've updated I celebrate, because I know it's gonna be quality. And this just proves it to me. Your dialogue and characterization are spot-on perfect; I can literally see and hear it all in my head.

Wow, thanks so much! There are so many fun voices in Glee that I haven't had a chance to play with them all, but I'm glad you're enjoying those I've done so far.

Oh, my...
I loved the lecture on context for Blaine (because, seriously, it is SO needed on the show) and then you come and drop the Quinn/Lauren piece on me....
Awesome.
Just...
Awesome.

Thank you! Yep, Blaine definitely needs a nice little lesson in context, and Kurt is snarky enough to do it beautifully at some point. ;)

“Someday, I really need to give you a nice, long lesson in a little concept called ‘context.’ So, how was your day?”

“Oh, let’s see, Thad tried to convince me that my ‘For the Longest Time’ is better than Billy Joel’s, David nearly popped that blood vessel in his forehead when Jeff suggested we perform ‘It’s Getting Hot in Here’ sans blazers, and we diverted Wes from plotting world domination by daring him to come up with an acapella arrangement for ‘Classical Gas.’”

all of the awards for you.

everything was wonderful, but the Lauren/Quinn one broke my heart ♥

Thank you! :) (Since I wrote that joke, I've wanted to find an acapella version of "Classical Gas" so badly. I don't think it exists.) Quinn and Lauren were kind of surprising heartbreakers for me, too--I never realized how interesting a pair they are.

I really liked all of these, but especially the Kurt-Sam, Kurt/Blaine and Lauren-Quinn interactions. I loved the way you wrote Quinn and Lauren, I don't think the show will ever go into them interacting again, but I would ahve lvoed to see something like this. Also, Blaine failing to think of the contexts of things will never not be amusing. I really liked their banter :)

Thanks! Quinn and Lauren together were surprisingly interesting and heartstring-tugging. You're right, the chances that we'll get to see much more of that relationship are slim, but I can dream.

Blaine SO needs a context lesson, and Kurt has the perfect balance of smittenness and snark to give it to him. :)

Ooooh, this is exactly what I wanted on my flist today! Rumors friendship fics, and by youI love all of them. The first one... can I hug Sam now? He'd probably be offended, but I really would like to. And he could use it. That was just the right amount of concern and restraint- I loved it. The second one with Puck and Artie... I really wish the show would keep going more on that friendship a little more explicitly. (In a totally straight guy way, of course. That whole little running gag whenever they actually discussed something with depth was adorable.) The Kurt-Mercedes one made me hurt because I have a nasty feeling it's probably true. The Kurt/Blaine one- YES, BLAINE. CONTEXT MATTERS. (Plus, the websites Rachel keeps tweeting him crack me up.) The Santana/Dave one was so sad as well, especially if I read the ending right. Or at least one interpretation of the ending. (I so want the two of them to battle through this together and become BFFs. For me, that's the perfect redemption story for Dave- not with Kurt, but ( ... )

Thanks! Oh, Sam. I want to hug him, too. At least he's got a lot of glee clubbers looking out for him now.

It's not the best of the bunch, but I do think the Artie-Puck one is my favorite of the bunch. I'm not really sure why beyond that I love their improbable friendship.

I really am afraid that that's at the root of a lot of Mercedes' frustration and sadness lately (along with the lack of solos/recognition), and I'll be really sad if she and Kurt drift apart.

YES, BLAINE. CONTEXT MATTERS

Now that Mercedes called out Artie on "Isn't She Lovely," I'd love for her to call out Blaine on one of his many, many inappropriate song choices, which I'm sure are far from over. ;)

Yeah, that is definitely one way to interpret the ending, though it was so sad I decided to leave it open-ended enough that I could pretend they changed their minds and just got really, really drunk together. (Sad when that's the happier of two alternatives ( ... )
