Save a Horse, Ride a Pike

Haha, thats what my new shirt says.

In other news, classes start today and I'm super excited/super scared. I have Bio 2600 (Intro. to Cell Biology), Ger. 1010 (Intro. to German), Bio 5630 (Histology), and Chem 1220 & 1230. The Chemistry and German classes should be ok... but the two Bio classes may be tough. I've heard bad things about Bio 2600, but Marty is teaching Histology and I looked over the syllabus and the subjects are all things I just learned about in A&P, I think I might like that class. I have none of my books yet, but I ordered the ones for Histology off amazon and I'm pretty sure I saved quite a bit of money. Yay.

My dorm roommate and I really don't speak to each other. She's only spent one night here (the first night) and I've seen her maybe a total of five times since we moved in. I kinda like it this way, but when she leaves, she doesn't even say "bye." It kinda bothers me. She seems really shy though, so I guess I understand. Other than that, I love my dorm. It's brand new, so it's really nice. My room is cute and my bed is so comfy. Yay!

There's a pic of me on the Wayne State Website. Its on the main page, just click refresh 'till you see it. And I'm wearing letters, sweet.

The Pikes had their first party last Friday, it was awesome. A lot of KDs were there, there was lots of dancing, and I got to see soooo many of the guys! I love them so much! There was a really good turnout, especially considering they didn't advertise it as much as usual. But my poor Doug got sick at the end, which = VERY disgusting. Poor baby. I did my best of taking care of him, but B-rad had to help. I couldn't exactly lift Doug out of bed myself and drag him to the couch. The night was still way fun.

Well that's about it for now. I'm sad 'cause I'll be late to the first Chapter Meeting tonight, I have to go to a Student Council meeting to discuss the Brad Kersh event. :-( Although I am very excited about the event. Plus, I'm going to Harry's after meeting with my Lil and whoever else wants to go. Yay!
